Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. You can log
in to your account and check the status of your order either from
the first page of the Body Glove shop online section or via the login
link on any retailer's page.

Q. If I have more than one order, will
the system show me all of them?
A. Yes. Simply select the order date and
number from the pull down menu to see the details of that order.
Q. Do I have access to this information
without an account?
A. We will send you an order confirmation,
shipping and billing confirmations and UPS tracking numbers by email
when your order is shipped. However, your personal ship to and billing
information can only be modified online via your account.
Q. Is ordering easier if I have an account?
A. Yes. As a registered user, your standard
bill-to and ship-to information will be pre-entered in your checkout
form, saving you time and effort. You can always change any information
on an individual order basis.
Q. How can I set up my account?
A. During the order process you will be
presented with an account set-up screen. To create your account, simply
fill in the entry fields on that screen and your account will be set
up automatically.
