Body Glove Featured In Wetsuit Guides
Go online or check out the newest print issues of Transworld Surf, Surfer Magazine, Surfing Magazine or Surfline (coming soon) to check out the latest 2009 Body Glove Wetsuits in their 2009 Wetsuit Guides. It may not feel like it with 80 degree weather and 72 degree water here in Southern California but winter is just around the corner so get dialed in with your winter fullsuits and booties for when the water dips back down. All of the magazines and websites have stepped up their game this year with loads of info on all wetsuits, great images, videos and links to buy online from Body Glove or other great retailer partners like Jack's Surfboards and HSS. The Body Glove Surf Team is cranking as always. Alex Gray is spending some time in Europe surfing and experiencing the Euro lifestyle. Austin Ware, Dusty Payne, and Nate Yeomans are sitting in 11th, 12th and 17th place in the WQS ratings after some big European events and are looking good to hit the WCT next year with fellow Body Glove riders Luke Stedman and Gabe Kling. Luke Stedman came by Body Glove before the Trestles WCT event where he made his return from injury. He looked solid in the Trestles event but injured himself again getting ready for the next event in France. We hope for a quick and healthy recovery. Mike Losness just got back from an incredible surf trip to Russia- yes Russia. Mike is now on Twitter so check him out and keep up to date with his trip. Holly Beck is back from her 2nd home in Nicaragua where she has chronicled her surfing, building their house and buying cars. Holly is hosting the Suave Dulce - Women's Surf Retreat in Nicaragua. The Wake Team was in town last weekend for the Redondo Beach Lobsterfest where they put on three days of demos in a salt water lagoon going nuts off a rail and trying to avoid injury. The crew had a blast. We also just spent some time in Florida shooting some amazing stuff (think helicopter shooting Rusty launching from above) for the first Body Glove wakeboarding film- Slick City.
